Patients search the concern.
Your website should answer it.
LeadWorks Intent is a website and practice portal for med spas, plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology practices. Every treatment, device and concern has a place, each visitor gets a site that follows what they came for, and every inquiry lands in a CRM that follows up.
Illustration of the portal's Website content screen. Treatment and device names are from the Intent library.
Most practices rent these separately. Intent replaces them with one login.
In the Intent aesthetics library that ships with every aesthetics site.
The website, the front desk, the CRM and the email, finally talking to each other.
Most practices glue together a website, a chat widget, a booking app, an email tool and a store. Intent is one system, so the concern a visitor named, the chat, the consultation and the follow-up all belong to the same patient record.
A library, not a blank page
Every treatment and device you could offer, already written.
- Treatment pages named the way patients search
- Device pages for the branded equipment you own
- Concerns mapped to the treatments that address them
- Copy rewritten in your brand voice before it ships
- Switch a treatment on and its page publishes
Tools that meet patients where they are
Answers about their face, their date, their budget.
- Treatment assessment with a saved, personalized plan
- Compare treatments, cost explorer and downtime planner
- Body map and treatment fit quizzes
- Make It Mine personalization tailors intros and recommendations
- What visitors typed feeds the Intent funnel
A receptionist on every page
Answers around the clock, from facts you approved.
- Answers questions about treatments, downtime and visits
- Never gives a diagnosis, and says so
- Declines rather than guesses, then routes to booking or the phone
- Named and voiced for your practice
- Every chat lands in Conversations
A CRM and email that follow up
Every inquiry becomes a patient record, then a booking.
- Forms, chats, calls, email, texts and Instagram messages in one inbox
- Online appointments with confirmations and reminders
- Opportunities and quotes for higher-ticket treatments
- Copywriter, Promote With Email and an automatic newsletter
- A built-in store for skin care and gift cards
You didn't open a practice to chase inquiries.
Here is where consultations slip away, and what happens instead on an Intent site.
Informed patients type the device. Everyone else types the concern.
Someone who has done the research searches “Morpheus8 near me.” Someone who hasn't types “get rid of my acne scars.” Intent is built on a master library that maps 72 concerns to 166 treatments and 74 branded devices, so both of them find a page that answers them.
- Treatment pages for what you sell, named the way patients search
- Device pages for the branded equipment you own
- Every concern maps to at least one treatment, and every treatment sits under a concern
- Clean URLs: /treatments/ and /technology/, with your city in the copy
- Prerendered pages with their own titles, descriptions and structured data, in the sitemap

240 pages, in your voice, live when you are ready.
Every aesthetics Intent site ships with the full treatment and device library. The pages for what you offer today go live; everything else waits as a draft. Add a treatment next spring by switching it on in Website content, and its page publishes.
- Copy rewritten in your brand voice before anything ships
- Switch a page on to publish it, off to return it to draft
- Hormones, peptides, IV therapy, GLP-1, sexual wellness and exosomes ship switched off
- Edit a card once in the card library and every page that shows it updates
Tools built for aesthetics patients.
Patients arrive with a date, a budget and a worry, not a treatment name. These tools answer those first, then point to the page that fits.

Seven questions, one photo, a careful plan.
The visitor names what they would change and uploads one photo. They see a simulation of a conservative plan, a projection of the next 15 years with and without care, and the treatments each concern points to, all before anyone asks for an email.
- Every render stamped as an AI simulation: not a promise, prediction or diagnosis
- Two consent boxes before any upload, and 18 or older enforced
- The full plan and every image on screen before the contact form
- A working delete button that removes the photo and the renders
- No beauty score and no income guessing: it scores stated intent only

Illustration of the Conversations inbox.
Every question answered. Every channel in one inbox.
The receptionist answers on every page, day and night, from facts your practice has approved, and hands the visitor to booking or the phone. Whatever the channel, the conversation lands in one place with the contact attached.
- Website chat, forms, calls, email, texts, Facebook and Instagram messages
- Replies go back on the channel the patient used
- Declines rather than guesses on anything clinical
- Every conversation becomes part of the contact's history
One login runs the website, the CRM and the email.
The website is the half your visitors see. The portal is the half your team uses: every screen below is a real screen, and the demo call walks through them on a live site.

Some modules, such as texting and call tracking, are add-ons. We will tell you which on the call.
From blog post to inbox, without a second tool.
Most practices pay for a website, an email platform and a newsletter service, then copy and paste between them. In Intent it is one flow.
Copywriter drafts the article
A blog post in your practice's voice, linked to the pages you have switched on.
Promote With Email
Schedule the email that announces it, preview the exact message, then reschedule or cancel in one click.
The newsletter sends itself
Weekly, twice a month, monthly or quarterly, on the day and hour you choose, to everyone who subscribed.
Sending health paces it
A new sending domain ramps up over 28 days, starting at 50 emails a day, so mailbox providers see a steady sending history instead of a sudden flood.
Order confirmations, booking confirmations and form notifications never wait on the ramp. They always send immediately.
We build the engine, then hand you the keys.
You never start from a blank page, and you never need a developer to change one.
- 1
Demo call
We walk through the platform and the portal on a live Intent site and look at your current website side by side.
- 2
We build it around your practice
Your treatments, devices, providers and brand voice go in. You choose which library pages are switched on.
- 3
Go live, then run it from one login
Publishing rebuilds the site as fast static pages. Your team runs content, the CRM and email from the portal.
What aesthetics practices ask us.
What is a Generation 2 website?
A first-generation website lists treatments and devices and leaves the visitor to work out what they need. A Generation 2 website starts with the visitor: it learns what they came for, re-orders itself around it, and hands every inquiry to a CRM that follows up.
Do I have to write 240 pages?
No. The treatment and device library comes written, and the copy is rewritten in your brand voice before anything ships. The pages for what you offer today go live; everything else waits as a draft until you switch it on.
What happens with sensitive treatments like GLP-1 or hormone therapy?
Hormones, peptides, IV therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, sexual wellness and exosomes ship switched off by default. Nothing in those categories publishes until the practice decides to offer it.
Is there a live demo?
There is no brand-neutral aesthetics website to tour, because the aesthetics sites we run belong to clients. On the demo call we walk through the platform on a live Intent site and the portal. The Aesthetic Preview pilot has its own public demo on a fictional clinic.
Will Google index the pages?
Yes. Publishing rebuilds the site as prerendered static pages, each with its own title, description and structured data, listed in the sitemap. Treatment pages live at /treatments/ and device pages at /technology/, with the city in the copy rather than the URL.
Is the Aesthetic Preview part of every site?
Not yet. It is a pilot. Every render is stamped as an AI simulation, two consent boxes come before any photo, and a working delete button removes the photo and the renders.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules your practice needs. We quote it on the demo call, after we have looked at your current website with you.
